Registered domain name will not load

  registered domain will not load, when I first transferred it over here it did fine, then stopped loading the page. I was busy and didn’t get in to write you about it. It still has a couple of months before renewal but hasn’t worked for a couple months. I read all the support on domains but don’t see this issue in it.

  I think I’ve discovered the problem, I don’t understand the codes I’m supposed to put in for this, frankly, I did not have to be a programer to to set up my domain name at the other server I was at. It is not worth this hassle, I will just delete the domain name.

  It seems the domain has been expired at your original domain registrar and available for registration again.

  You can cancel the domain mapping upgrade at https://otprinting.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

  After that you can go to Store > Domains on your blog’s dashboard and follow the steps there in order to register the domain again.

  Thank you for your response, it is strange though as it says the domain name is good until Feb. 2014. This is not a heavily used business site though so I am just going to cut out the domain name and use the wordpress one. Thanks again! :)

  The domain mapping doesn’t expire until 2014-02-22. But the domain registration itself has already been expired. I’ve added the $13 back to your account, feel free to register a new domain name at https://otprinting.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains

  Thank you, I really appreciate that!
  I still might need help figuring out the code… although I had it up at one point so will try again before asking for assistance. I do enjoy the ease of most functions of having a page at WordPress. The support area contains most of what I don’t understand and this is the first time I had to ask for help.
