Registered domain won't show.

  I registered the domain thebritpackusa.com and have paid for it, indeed the website address works fine currently. However, I want to transfer this address to a different platform but the domain doesn’t show as being registered with this account and therefore I cannot access the DNS records.

  I only have one user on the account and that is the admin. I have the receipt showing I purchased the domain but can’t see it anywhere.

  Suggestions please!

  Hi there,

  You are posting here using the account, britpack, and this account owns one site: thebritpackusa.wordpress.com

  But the domain thebritpackusa.com is attached to the site thebritpackusadotcom.wordpress.com and belongs to the account britpackusa

  So, this account you’re using here owns neither the domain, nor the site it’s connected to. If you bought that domain you need to log into the britpackuse account. Then you’ll be able to transfer the domain.
