  We already are registered to you and have the domain up http://www.breadoflifeboise.org. However our administrator has left the organization and we have no way to access the account. The username was jcwilliams7 and the password we were given [was redacted] How may we gain access to our account?

  NEVER post login and password on a public forum!! By doing so anyone has access to your site. Your login and password are working fine. You must login asap and change your password to a strong password.

  @cpejoel your site isn’t hosted here, otherwise we’d probably reset your password at this point.

  Please do as @staartmees suggested and change your password as soon as possible.

  Going forward, you’ll also want to use the correct forums for self-managed installations, at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
