Registered to "like"

  Do people that want to Like my blog have to be registered in wordpress? Where can i change this configuration? I’d like anyone to Like.

  They have to be logged in to ‘like’ posts, just as you have to be logged in to Facebook to ‘like’. There is nothing to change, that’s how it is.
