Registered Trade Mark used by another worpress blog

Hi,
I want to create a new blog named “dibujario” but this name is already used by another wordpress user. The fact is that “dibujario” is a registered trade mark I own. I would like to use my trademark and I don´t know how to tell the other member to close down his current blog.

The URL has been deleted. Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and no exceptions are made. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/ -

As that URL has been deleted, you can register another blog with a similar name. http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
Or you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade and it will not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is.

The blog has been deleted so you can’t use that blog name
Accounts are forever so you would need to contact the original account owner and get them to transfer the account to you – WordPress.COM will not give you any contact info for the “dibujario” account – and unless the person is using the name in a manner to confuse people I doubt you have much of a legal leg to stand on as to closing or taking an account name
