    Hello all,

Do you know if there’s a way to :
    – Force users to register or login to access a site on wordpress
    – link this registration or the authentication to a corporate Active Directory (using AD FS or AD).

I’ve seen different plugins doing 1 or 2, but I don’t know if it’s possible to use them both to achieve the target.

Thanks in advance for your help !

You cannot set up a fully fledged membership site where you yourself issue username accounts and logins on a wordpress.COM blog. That can only be done on a wordpress.ORG software install.

I believe that you are confusing WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG. To do what you want to do requires paid web hosting http://wordpress.org/hosting and setting up a wordpress.org software install. http://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network

This is the wordpress.COM support forum. We provide support only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs, and that site is not hosted here. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
    Resetting your WordPress.ORG password http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password
WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page
