registered wrong domain – can't find where to cancel

  I registered the wrong domain name and I would like to cancel it. It says on the email to go to ‘manage purchases’ and to the right, select the domain I want to cancel. When I go there, I don’t have a place to select the domain – there’s just a window trying to get me to upgrade. This is just the free site, but I don’t want to be charged again in the future for renewals, privacy charge, etc. Can anyone help me?

  I can see you have cancelled the domain and I have just refunded all the money you paid. Any problems please post back here.

  It usually takes a couple of days to get back but it could be as long as 7 business days – banks can be slow, sorry. But it IS on the way to you, promise.
