  Hi wordpress I have registered the domain of the top level http://www.todavse.com but I have no bank card whether I can as be to pay service of registration of the domain differently!   The only payment options on WordPress.com are debit/credit cards, or PayPal. If you don’t have a card or a PayPal account, you can try purchasing a pre-paid credit card if those are available where you live and use that to pay instead.
