Registering a Deleted URL as a New User
-
Recently I opened a new URL (www.maykwok.wordpress.com) under my own account because I didn’t realize I was logged in to my account at the time. My intention was to register that URL as a new user as this is for my boss at my job. I deleted the site from my account thinking that it’s permanent pertaining only to my own account, but may become available to a new user if I’m not holding it. I deleted my account and tried to register it as a new user, but was able to do so.
I need to register that URL under my employer’s name. I can not register it with something similar as she’s already well known and that name is her brand. Please advise.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Registering a Deleted URL as a New User
You can’t, sorry:
maykwok.wordpress.com is no longer available.
The authors have deleted this site.
Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use its WordPress.com address

Well, WordPress needs to be clear that once the blog is deleted, it applies to EVERYONE. When I read the Delete Site page, it only talks about “you”, and some people understand it as pertaining to the current user only.

It’s very clear:
Addresses (URLs) for blogs that have been deleted by the owner will remain deleted. We cannot, under any circumstances, allow someone to take over the address of a blog that was owned and deleted by its original/previous owner. Please do not submit support requests asking us to do this.
Fortunately, there is an infinite supply of unused blog addresses, so our policy should not limit your address selection. Note that if you add a custom domain for use with your blog, the original ‘wordpress.com’ domain/URL is never visible to your readers for as long as the custom domain is used on your blog.
