registering a domain from another site

  I bought a domain from hover.com and want to set up a website on wordpress but can’t figure this out. I don’t see how to buy the mapping for $13 anywhere

  Hi there. You’ll first need to register a free WordPress.com site. Instructions for that are here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/create-a-blog/

  Once you have a WordPress.com site, you buy the mapping upgrade for that site to point it at the domain you own. Instructions for that here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
