Registering an Additional Blog

  Hi,

  I already have one wordpress blog, and I want to get another one. When I go to the wordpress page to register the new blog, I fill everything out and it looks fine. I have a specific web address I would like to use (so I don’t have wordpress.com attached to it) and it is not taken, so it looks like everything should check out. However, when I click “Create blog” all that happens is I get sent to the same form again. The web address does not get registered and no progress has been made. I have contacted WordPress support with no response as of yet.

  Has anyone else had these problems? I’m really not sure what to do since the form appears to be filled out correctly, but if anyone has suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.

  If you are trying to register my-new-site.com and not my-new-site.wordpress.com then you need to register my-new-site.com and map it to a site here (such as my-new-site.wordpress.com) both are paid upgrades.

  Is the above what you want to do?
