Registering for security.

I live in Italy half a year and USA half a year. I have two different mobile phone numbers. How do I handle the security registration? How will you know to which number to send the alert?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
If you’re switching mobile phones and mobile numbers as you go between countries, and you’d like to set up two-step authentication, you’ll need to disable that authentication and re-enable it each time you switch phones. Your phone is used as a second layer of security, so you’ll need to make sure that security is set up with the phone you’re using at the time.
If you use the same phone but switch SIM cards when you go back and forth between Italy and USA, another option is to use an app like Google Authenticator:
That way, even if you swap SIM cards, the Google Authenticator app will continue to work on the phone. (I travel quite a bit and use this method myself with various SIM cards.)
Either way, please be sure to print out the list of backup codes when you set up two-step authentication and keep the list in a safe place. You can always use those backup codes to log in even if you have trouble with the SMS or Google Authenticator login step.
Please let me know if you have any questions about that. :)
