Registering my domain name.

    Hi there

    I have a few little questions. Firstly I currently own a domain at a South African hosting company. If I wanted to have my wordpress blog mapped to my existing domain are there any fees?

    Also if I was to register a domain through WordPress for my blog would I have access to installing extra WordPress plugins to my site such as a shopping cart at a later stage, and also acces to the fpt to create html pages and so forth?

    Domain mapping (of an existing domain) is $13.00. It costs an extra $5 to register the domain name. You get to this via the ‘Store’ button in your dashboard

    WordPress plugins are only available on WordPress.org (self-hosted WordPress sites) – this is the forum for WordPress.com
