Registering new blog – which menu?

  I had no difficulty registering a second blog for my original username. Now I would like to register a third blog to the same username, but can’t find the page/command to do so?

  Can someone please tell me where one can find the command for this?

  (p.s., I already searched the FAQ and forums on this question, but couldn’t find the answer).
