Registering the first time

  Hello, my friend is unable to sign up with a new website. I click Create blog on the free blog option and the sign up page just keeps coming back. Everything seems ok, the password, the username, the URL, everything has green ticks. I’ve been trying for the last hour. Why isn’t it creating my blog? I’ve tried different browsers and different computers.

  Hi,

  What is the name of the blog that your friend is trying to register?
  Most characters are not allowed aside from normal letters and numbers.

  For usernames (and I believe for blog names as well)

  Your username should be a minimum of four characters and can only include lowercase letters and numbers.

  For passwords, here are the allowed characters:

  Great passwords use upper and lower case characters, numbers, and symbols like !ӣ$%&.
