Registering to a PrivateBlog

  My Blog is private and the majority of invitees are having trouble registering. Is there a clear set of instructions I can send out to help them?

  Thanks but the problem seems to be when they actually respond to the email from wordpress. I have sent out some instructions on how to get to the register area and only to complete the form with email, username and password but when they press the sign-up button they get a similar page saying that their email address is not recognised , even though they insist they have done so. Some have been trying for a few days without success. Do thet really need to add a user name or will their email do?
