registering with Google search console ?

  I want to start using Google Search console so I need to prove that I own https://emacl.wordpress.com to them, what is the best way of doing it? I don’t seem to be able to upload the file they are asking me to upload. Is there a feature within WordPress that allows me to register my website with Google Search console? thx eoin
