Registrant verification failure

i use hostgator as a hosting site and im trying to build my site with wordpress but when i go to my admin page im getting a notication that shows: Registrant verification failure. how do i get to my website?

Since your site is not hosted with WordPress.com (it is a site using the open-source WordPress software, from WordPress.org, but hosted with HostGator), you’ll want to reach out to them directly about it or write on the community forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
