    I had paid for a domain name lisajoer.com and later paid for creator plan but deactivated it because I wanted to upgrade to a better plan later on. However today my site has been reverted to the fee plan and i have lost most of my content.

    Hi there!

    Thank you for reaching out! It seems that you had a Creator plan, which you cancelled on April 13. When a Creator Trial expires or is cancelled, any content that was added to the site during the duration of the plan is deleted, and the URL reverts back to the free *.wordpress.com URL.

    To fix this, you would need to first purchase a Creator plan and get your site back to a plugin-enabled state.

    Once that plan is in place, you can restore your site content by following the steps here: https://wordpress.com/support/restore-default-plugins-and-themes/#restore-default-plugins-and-themes

    Please note you only have 30 days to restore your content after upgrading; after 30 days all backups are also deleted from our servers.

    Additionally, it’s important to keep in mind that if the Creator plan expires or is canceled within our cancellation period, any content added or restored when the plan was in place would also be deleted.
