Registrar expired

I bought capturedslc.com through WordPress and it expired in January I now use Wix and would like capturedslc.com to be ran through Wix. Right now my business page isn’t working and I’m getting a message saying Domain Connection not confirmed. What is my next step, or what do I need to do?

Hi there,
That domain has already been removed from our system and is currently in redemption with our registrar. It is still possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. I’ll need you to agree to that fee before I can get the recovery process started.
Alternatively, you can wait a few weeks for the redemption phase to complete, and then the domain should be released again in which case you can register it with Wix. However, I cannot guarantee that you’ll be able to register it again – if the domain is on back order with another registrar, it will be registered the moment it becomes available and you will lose it. The safer option is to try and recover it.

Once we receive payment and email our registrar the domain is usually restored within about two days. I’ve sent you a payment link via email that you can use to pay the redemption fee. Should the recovery fail, that payment will be refunded in full.
As you’ve deleted your WordPress.com site, I’ll also need you to create a new free site to which we can connect the domain, otherwise you won’t be able to point/transfer it to Wix once it’s restored. Please use the link below to create a new free site:
