Registrar transfer denied

  Hello,

  I’m having some trouble transfering my domain from wordpress to ovh. Both send me error messages. OVH tells me the EPP code is invalid, and WordPress tells me that the transfer was denied because of an “Express written objection to the transfer from the Transfer Contact”, which is weird because we did not object to anything. WordPress also tells me that the domain has private registration. I don’t know what it is and didn’t find anything related to that on my admin panel.

  Hi Serge, were you able to resolve this? I see the privacy is deactivated and the transfer is in progress.
