registrar transfer out of wordpress

hello
i’ve been trying unsucessfully to transfer my domain out of wordpress for the last month. i haven’t received any email from you people and everytime i go to myDomains/domain transfer i have to hit the accept transfer button and nothing, absolutely nothing happens.
what is going on?

first. i have already transfered the hosting and DNS for over a year and it was working fine.
the problem IS: I don’t receive an email confirming the registrar transfer OUT of wordpress to the new host.the domain is julietabenoit.com
i know it needs renovation, and i already paid for that renovation along with the transfer at the new host.

I suspect that this is because julietabenoit.com is an expired domain. I would encourage you to renew it, and then try the transfer. you may need to wait 24 hours for the expiration date to update before trying the transfer.

where do I buy all these stuff that I must? the shopping cart won’t let me buy the stuff I need and the stuff I must buy along otherwise I won’t be able to renew it.

it gives me this message and it won’t give a confirm button. I’m stuck in an infinite loop!!!! will I have to buy a plan again and the renovation to get out of here?!?!?!?!?! spend US$ 200 to get out? -

Also, just so you are aware, your domain has passed through the domain expiration grace period and now has a registrar imposed late fee, I’m afraid.

i followed the steps in you gave me and paid for the domain. the nameserver is pointing to the wrong site, it’s pointing to what is stored at wordpress, not to the one that’s at dreamhost(the nameservers that are registered).
also i still don’t get any notification at all from wild west domains dealing with the registrar transfer. the email that’s registered there is correct and it’s the same one that i receive notification from you. i get your notifications but not theirs…

You may need to wait 24-72 hours for this all to sort out. DNS information does not update instantly.
Also, you may need reset your nameservers. Expiration tends to cause them to reset to default values.
