registrara process has not been completed

    Hi,
    I registered my domain name forfrockssake.co.uk with yourselves from Vistaprint. I’m having trouble understanding the whole email thing! So, I phoned Vistaprint, they checked on who.is and found that WordPress have not completed the process fully, the DNS is ok, (I think) but the registrar still points to Vistaprint, this may also be why I’m struggling to get any email??
