Registrar's DNS records don't match WP format (not a techie)

  1. I have obtained the MX/DNS records from my registrar (Namespro.ca) for making my email account work, and I have read the WP instructions, but I don’t understand how to format them to match your sample. Here is what they sent me:

  =====================================
  CNAME mail mailroot3.namespro.ca
  CNAME webmail mailroot3.namespro.ca
  CNAME mailadmin mailroot3.namespro.ca
  MX @ mailroot3.namespro.ca (1)
  =====================================

  I have not yet attempted to change my nameservers because I want to make sure my email will continue working, plus…

  2. My registrar’s nameservers are numbered 0, 1, 2 rather than 1, 2, 3. Should I use their ‘0’ as the WP ‘1’?

  I took a look at your DNS settings and everything is working properly. It seems you also changed the nameserver records of voiceofcanada.ca and pointed this to our servers.

  Is e-mail working for you now?
