  Please im using wordpress 3.9.2. how can i enable user registration. i am planning to give acces to people to register from the frontend. how can i enable users registration. iv downloaded countless of widgets, but they keep complaining that signup is disabled

  Hello!

  WordPress.COM does not allow 3rd-party widgets that would enable what you want. WordPress.ORG does.
