  I do not have a fax number, but I need to give one because I am from the Netherlands.. Does this mean I can not sign up?

  Where is it asking for fax number?

  Most of the individual users like us will not have a fax number. Lack of fax number should not prevent the sign up.

  Note: A Fax number will be required for customers from the Netherlands in order to comply with registration requirements.

  This is what I get each time I try to register for an ‘.nl’ page (€21)
