@ghazalnoor695 – Hi there, please see our support guide at https://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/ which explains how you can register your WPcom site with Google and other search engines.
@MercedesBlak please refer users of our platform to our support documentation. The information you are sharing is relevant only to users of the WP software, which is different than our set up here on WPcom. If you are not sure where the user’s is hosted, best to ask them the site address first.
Please also read our guide to volunteering https://en.support.wordpress.com/wordpress-com-volunteers/

I dont ask site address as if it’s not present I assume they don’t want it to be. Sometimes it shows automatically ( when posting) and sometimes not. I have noticed myself when posting on here.
I’ll leave the job to you experts anyway.

@mercedesblak There currently is an issue with site addresses not appearing when people post via the support contact form. People posting to the forums directly can choose the website they need help with.
To ensure that people are getting the correct information for their website, feel free to ask them their site address and if their site is using the standalone WP software, direct them to the support forums for that software. As is mentioned in the volunteer support guide:
Self-hosted Sites
WordPress.com is our very own version of the self-hosted WordPress software you can find over on WordPress.org. Make sure you understand the difference, and know how to recognize a self-hosted site. While we can provide limited help with some Jetpack questions, owners of self-hosted sites will be much better served by visiting the WordPress.org forums, or contacting their hosting provider directly. You don’t need to be an expert, but you do need to understand the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress so the answers you provide are relevant to the user. Thanks for helping out and cheers.
