Registration activation problems

  At signup, after clicking submit at the last step, the page stalled. I didn’t get a confirmation email, and although both the email address I wanted to use and the username were both available beforehand, on refreshing the page they are now showing as unavailable.

  My account is caught in limbo, partially created, but I am unable to access it.

  I need to contact somebody to help me activate the account, or alternatively to reset the account details I want to use, for me to attempt signup again.

  Any idea how I can go about this?

  Hi there,

  What is the username that you tried to register? Then I can check on that account’s status for you.

  Hey Kokkieh,

  It was ‘readinglists’. The email I used for signup is (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  Both were subsequently unavailable, so this account is under a different email.

  Happy to verify ownership of (email visible only to moderators and staff) any way you wish.
