Registration and payment issues

We recently set up our website and started transferring our current members over to our new platform. Half of our customers transferred without a problem, but we have several clients who either get kicked out of their login as soon as they enter the information or they login and enter all of their payment information, click submit payment and nothing happens. We went back in a did some test payments from different devices and networks and our payments are going through, so I’m not sure what the problem is

Hello again, Thanks for providing that information. It looks like your site is using name servers that aren’t associated with WordPress.com, the hosting provider, where we are.
For help with your WordPress site, head over to https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page. If you are using a payment gateway, you might also contact the plugin author’s support.
Just to clarify, this support forum you’ve posted to assists users with free websites hosted on WordPress.com, the hosting provider. You can read more about these differences at https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
