registration confirmation mails not reach my mail I tried all methods .

  Im trying to register my other mail web@ to gravatar but confirmation mails are not reaching my box .
  I checked several times sendin mail from different mails they are going fine . also clicked “send again” several times but same . I checked my spam junk and filters blocklist etc ..
  gone to cloudflare made catch all and routed all mails to my gmail account . same . tried sending different mail with same domain ( which is actually not exist but as Im catching all it should work) it works .. seems like only web@ name is not working . I asked support it says there is no such restriction .
