Registration Expiring Update

    The domain atimelyword.com is not listed in my account. However, I keep getting registration expiration notifications for that domain. I don’t have a website for it either. I tried sending a request to you before to purchase this domain, however, no one has replied.

    Hi there, that domain is neither registered nor hosted with us.

    It used to be hosted with us, but that was canceled and refunded back in May of 2021.

    What is the email address you’re receiving these notifications from?

    Thanks for your reply. I just realized that it is actually typed as a-timely-word.com and it is indeed self-hosted with wordpress.org but I cannot seem to locate the domain to transfer to bluehost. Please advise. Thanks.

    Based on the WHOIS info I can see, it appears to be registered with onamae.com. Does that sound right?

    In any case, we at WordPress.com cannot really do much to assist with you with a domain not registered and a site not hosted with us. I would encourage you to contact your domain registrar’s support team.

    I think my colleague was referring to atimelyword.com above.

    a-timely-word.com, on the other hand, is registered with us, but it doesn’t belong to either the custcarebis or the griseldabelardo630 accounts you used to post here.
