Registration form?

  I’d like to add a registration form to a page. I just need to allow people to input their name, address and contact information. Would it be better to embed this in the page, or when they go to PayPal when making a donation for the workshop?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Aside: Please note that the normal time for getting a first response on any blogging support forum ranges between 12 – 24 hours and that bumping your own thread prior to that is considered to be bad form.
