Hello there,
We need details please or else Staff will simply be wasting both your time and theirs by asking for them.
1. What is the domain URL?
2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?re: purchasing upgrades

@bookgirlmn
Please do not quote me without attribution. You can simply do tag searches and backlink to my answers. -

Thanks. Glad to see you helping BTW. :) When others did that in the past there was a spam filter issue. What happened is that I answer questions very quickly and if someone uses my copy paste answers and posts them into a wrong thread it becomes an Akismet nightmare.

I have some advice to offer. ;) Do not jump into the deep end. Make sure you have a correct answer before posting into any thread by doing tag searches, google searches and support doc searches. Also, know that when I leave threads unanswered I always have a reason for doing so.

Hey @hautecancer,
I see that you were finally able to purchase the premium plan for your account. Do you see it on your end?
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks!
