registration issues and server errors

  Hi there,
  I can not find how to access the DNS anywhere here as it is not listed but apparently I moved it from Namecheap to your Automattic Inc servers.
  This doesn’t work for me as the site is now down and I cannot do anything about it.
  Please unlock the site and explain how I can take it back to Namecheap where i can get some support?
