Registration Mail Not Working

  I just installed WordPress on my windows hosting, And it works good.

  But I got one problem which is not good for my site. Whenever anyone register on my site they doesn’t get any confirmation mail from the site. I don’t know what’s the problem. I try SMTP Plugins and it work but still no confirmation mail which shows password and username to users.

  My site is SBM Blogger
  Can anyone please take a look on it.
