Registration page

  In my registration page, there is a “Submit” button. When the user clicks “Submit”, a page is displayed acknowledging the submission has been completed. It’s a standard message with a “Back” button.

  Is there a way to edit /add/delete content from that page ?

  I had a look at your registration page. It’s basically a contact form and the WordPress.com contact form has the following features: https://en.support.wordpress.com/forms/contact-form/

  There is no way you can customize what the contact form shows after the submission.
