registration page need more required fields

  I need to add require fields in registration page,Only username and email is required to register.
  Any one know a plugin or how to add more fields in the registration page.

  We can’t use plugins here at wordpress.com. If you can use them, you need to be at wordpress.org/support.

  Thanks, I’m install wordpress on my machine and I can now install plugins I use registration plus and it’s work very good
