Registration request was blocked because it was flagged as spam

    Hi,

    When a customer try’s to register an account on my website to view their orders etc, the following warning sign comes up stopping them from registering.

    ‘REGISTRATION BLOCKED: The registration request was blocked because it was flagged as spam. Please try again or contact the site owner for help.’

    On Wordfence I’ve tried lowering the reCAPTCHA human/bot threshold score to 03 with no success. As well as disabling various plugins which may affect. Such as Askimet, WP Hide login.

    When customers put an order through, an account can be created on the checkout page with no issues. But just not via the ‘my account page’ page.

    We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re unable to provide support. But I can get you pointed in the right direction.
