  How do I setup the registration on my wordpress site so people only people that are registered can log on do certain features?

  You can setup your blog so that only registered users can comment by going to your Admin => Options => Discussion. As well, check out this FAQ to tell you the different roles that you can give users on what they can do with wordpress.com hosted sites.

  From no blog being linked in your profile, you might be self-hosted which requires posting in the self-hosted forums at: http://wordpress.org/support/ ,but to start you off, you can also check out the documentation over there at:
