  As your Support page says, users from Brazil that has your domain registered in Registro.br (BRL) having problem to point the NS1, NS2 and NS3 to WordPress.com’s servers.

  My domain is mariojp.com.br

  Can you help to connect with my wordpress.com page?

  I added a zone record for this domain. You should be able to proceed with changing the name servers now.
