  I tried again using the DNS

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  still the same error.

  Master DNS server: Research refused
  Slave DNS Server 1: Research refused
  Slave DNS Server 2: Research refused

  I contacted the support registro.br, and give me the problem must be resolved by the company that administers this DNS server
