Regret a cancelation

  Hi to who it may concern,

  I have purchased a domain letscreateahome.com and a personal plan. I received an email of cancelation of both. I have not canceled the purchases? Any idea what can have happened? I want both my domain and my personal plan.

  Can you copy and share the text of the email? What did it say? Happy to take a closer look but your purchases look to be in good standing based on what I am seeing on this end. Hope this helps!
