Regular page vs post page

Posts are blog content listed in reverse chronological order (the newest content on top and the oldest will be in the bottom). Due to their reverse chronological order, your posts are meant to be timely.
Pages are static. That means the information displayed on a page doesn’t change, or doesn’t change often. A great example of a page would be the about page, privacy policy, contact page of a website.
