Regulus 2.1 Header Problem

  I am trying to alter my header image, and I am currently using the Regulus 2.1 theme. The location for posting a personalized header image, it says
  Header Image URL :

  This is confusing to me, because I have my header image saved as a jpg on my computer, but have no idea how to load it up as my header image. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

  *image is saved as a gif not a jpg, sorry about that

  I can’t find the Support doc, but go to Media Library > Add New, upload header from your computer, this will display the File URL, Highlight and Copy, Save, Paste the URL into where it says Header URL.
