Regulus Page Tabs…HELP!!!!

  I have regulus theme…if that helps. How do I get my page tabs to have a picture? I know how to change the colors, but how do I edit the code so I can put a picture in instead of just a plain color?

  Oh, and same goes for the color inside the comment box.
