  Hi! Can I please be reimbursed like I was told I would be? I don’t want to keep my domain and want to cancel everything. I’m unsure as to why this is so confusing. Thanks

  Your account shows we sent a refund on 4th July 2019 and there is confirmation of this in your Billing History (we also sent an email):

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, so you can expect to receive the money around that time.
