Hi! I have not had my $96 reimbursement come through my bank account yet. Can you let me know when this will process?

Hi Lydia:
It looks like you requested the cancellation and refund shortly after purchase and the refund was issued before the original charge settled with the bank, so the original charge should disappear from the your bank statement without a refund being issued.
Check with your bank to see the status of the original charge and they should be able to clarify the status of things there.
