Reimbursement

    Hello,

    I have deleted my blog on 5/4 and I can see the reimbursement for that in ‘Billing History’ page. However, I still cannot see the reimbursement on my bank account, but is it just because it normally takes a few days?

    Hi there!

    Refunds can take some time to appear on your account. This often depends on your bank/credit card company. I checked the refund on our end, and I can confirm that it’s been processed successfully. Your bank may take a week or two to process it.

    Please wait up to two weeks and contact your bank/card issuer if you don’t see the refund yet.

    On a separate note, may I know what led you to cancel your blog? Did you no longer need it? Feel free to let us know if there’s anything we could have done better. :)
