reimbursement
-
hi,
I’ve bought the business plan on the 9th of february and asked for a reimbursement the exact same day and waited a few days until the 13th of february but nothing happened. On the 13th I created a tickets because i retried to get a reimbursement and i couldn’t get a full reimbursement when i made the demand earlier on the same day of buying the plan and domain.
I’ve contacted you by chat, on the help section but also haven’t received any comments or info back from you. I’m now trying on the forum but i find it particularly hard to get in contact for a reimbursement… Waiting to be resolved.

It looks like a refund has been processed for this transaction. I will assume that the issue is resolved unless I hear otherwise from you.
