  I would like to be reimbursed for the website domain that I cancelled. Please email me back to set up the refund. Thank you!

  Have you cancelled your subscription? If yes then if you subscription is under refund policy then you refund would have been processed. Refunds usually takes around 7-10 business days to show up in your statement.
